Refund Policy

If you need to request a return, contact us at mutsagosimba58@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal-care products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Payment providers may require additional processing time.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable.
