ATLANTIS normally prepares orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and unusually high-volume periods.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where supported. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues or other events outside our control.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
