These Terms govern your use of the ATLANTIS online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

Products and information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary by display, lighting or manufacturer updates. We may correct errors or cancel affected orders when necessary.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment authorization. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud prevention, stock issues, pricing errors, legal compliance or legitimate operational reasons. Eligible payments collected for cancelled orders will be refunded.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use the site for unlawful activity.

ATLANTIS branding, site content, graphics, copy and other original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission except where applicable law permits.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLANTIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Zimbabwe, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
